Do you have to visit my home to give a quotation?

No need, we can give you an instant quote over the phone.

How long does it take to dry?

The cleaning will leave your carpets or upholstery damp and they will dry naturally during the course of the day.

How soon can I walk on my carpet?

Try to keep pets, children and heavy traffic off the carpet for 4-6 hours. Our operatives can provide you with plastic overshoes if required.

How much notice do you need for a booking?

We will try and get you booked in within 48 hours of contacting us.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have full public liability cover.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

The frequency of cleaning will vary from one household to another depending upon the number of occupants, pets and smokers in the household. At a minimum, you should clean your carpets every 6-12 months.

Can you remove stubborn stains such as wine, tea or coffee?

Some stains can be permanent although we will do our utmost to improve them we cannot guarantee that they will be fully removed. We usually get better results if we attempt to remove the stain before anyone else tries.

Can you remove pet odours such as urine or vomit?

The deodoriser in our cleaning solution will deal with most pet odours. We use professional spotters specifically designed for the removal of urine and animal odours.

Will steam cleaning damage my carpet?

No. Hot water extraction is considered to be the best method for removing soil, grit and other contaminants. It is also recommended by the leading carpet manufacturers.
